We combine conventional clinical reasoning with carefully selected Functional and Integrative approaches. We take time to understand your history and goals, choose testing for a clear clinical purpose, and discuss the evidence, risks, costs, and uncertainty of treatment options. Follow-up helps us measure progress and simplify the plan when appropriate.

Your evaluation considers your concerns, medical history, medications, supplements, previous testing, lifestyle, and goals. Together we build a prioritized plan and use follow-up to measure response and adjust. Helios complements your existing care and does not replace a local primary-care clinician, in-person evaluation, urgent care, or emergency services.
